Last Saturday's Novinger Tournament championship game saw the Brashear girls facing top seeded Green City. Although Green City took the early 12-9 lead after one quarter, Brashear hung in there, only trailing 21-19 at halftime. The Lady Tigers continued to battle, keeping the game close as they trailed Green City 35-33 after 3 quarters. Green City finally put the game away in the 4th, winning by a score of 60-47. Brashear took 2nd in the tournament.
